What training does BuddyGuard provide to new sitters?
Every new sitter receives initial training and access to BuddyGuard's learning portal, which includes helpful articles, video lessons, and tips to help you develop your skills.
How does BuddyGuard support sitters on the platform?
Being the first professional company for sitters in Bulgaria is both a pride and an honor for us. Over the years, we have gained significant experience in the field and are happy to pass on our knowledge to our sitters. We create a community where we exchange ideas, offer solutions, and build friendships. We are always here to advise our sitters and guide them on how to optimize and expand their services.
Does BuddyGuard provide initial training?
Absolutely! We provide both initial training and ongoing guidance. It is important to us that every sitter feels confident and secure, and we contribute to that by offering comprehensive preparation.
What types of services can I offer, and at what prices?
What types of services are available on the platform?
The services offered on the platform include Walks, Visits, Stay at the pet's home, and Stay at the sitter's home. Each sitter decides which types of services they wish to provide. There are no limits on the number of services you can offer. If your daily schedule allows you to provide only one type of service, that’s absolutely fine.
Are there any fees for using the platform?
No, there are no participation fees. Registration is completely free. BuddyGuard only charges a one-time 15% commission on the total amount of each completed booking.
When and how are payments made?
Each booking is paid directly to the sitters. More detailed information will be provided during the application process.
Can I choose to care for only specific types of animals?
Yes, of course! You can set your preferences and availability directly from your profile.
Is the service active in my city?
The BuddyGuard platform is accessible from anywhere in Bulgaria where there are sitters. You can register as a sitter regardless of whether you live in a small town or a large city.
Can I change my location and offer my services in different cities?
Yes, you can update your address whenever and however you like through your profile settings.
